📚 Capacity Building Training on Project Proposal Writing & Documentation
Strengthening organizational capacity and professional skills is essential for effective project implementation. In this regard, five representatives from Suzala Mahila Samiti (SMS) participated in a three-day training on Project Proposal Writing and Documentation, jointly organized by PHALS and Malteser International, held from 2–4 September 2026.
The training brought together key members of the SMS team, including the Executive Director, Program Officer, IT Supporter, Communication Officer, and Field Officer.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ knowledge and practical skills in project proposal development, effective documentation, reporting, project planning, and organizational capacity development.
This valuable learning opportunity will contribute to strengthening SMS’s institutional capacity and improving the quality of its project development, documentation, reporting, and programme implementation.
