মসজিদ-মাদ্রাসা সংস্কার ও শিক্ষা উপকরণ বিতরণ কর্মসূচি
শিক্ষা, নৈতিকতা ও মানবিক মূল্যবোধের বিকাশে স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে মসজিদ-মাদ্রাসার শিক্ষার পরিবেশকে আরও সহায়ক করার লক্ষ্যে পবিত্র কুরআন মাজিদ ও শিক্ষা উপকরণ বিতরণ কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।
২৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬, শুক্রবার জুমার নামাজের পর উখিয়া উপজেলার হলদিয়া পালং ইউনিয়নের ৫নং ওয়ার্ডের নাসির পাড়ায় নূর আহমদ সওদাগর জামে মসজিদে এ কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন PHYDO Bangladesh-এর সম্মানিত প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়ার্ডের ইউপি সদস্য জনাব সরওয়ার কামাল বাদশা। এছাড়াও স্থানীয় ওলামায়ে কেরাম, মসজিদের ইমাম, মক্তবের শিক্ষার্থী, মুসল্লি, বিভিন্ন সামাজিক ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠনের প্রতিনিধিবৃন্দ এবং সমাজের সম্মানিত ব্যক্তিবর্গ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
কর্মসূচিটির আয়োজন করেন সাদ্দাম হোসাইন। কার্যক্রমটি বাস্তবায়ন করে কক্সবাজার তরুণ স্বেচ্ছাসেবী ফাউন্ডেশন এবং সহযোগিতায় ছিল PHYDO Bangladesh। PHYDO Bangladesh-এর পক্ষে সিনিয়র যুগ্ম সাধারণ সম্পাদক মো. আলম প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেন।
ধর্মীয় ও নৈতিক শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি শিশু-কিশোরদের জ্ঞানচর্চায় উৎসাহিত করা এবং স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে শিক্ষার অনুকূল পরিবেশ তৈরির লক্ষ্যে এ উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা হয়। সমাজের বিভিন্ন শ্রেণি-পেশার মানুষের অংশগ্রহণ ও সহযোগিতা এমন মানবিক ও শিক্ষামূলক কার্যক্রমকে আরও কার্যকর করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।
কর্মসূচিতে সহযোগিতা ও অংশগ্রহণকারী সকল ব্যক্তি, সংগঠন, স্থানীয় জনগণ এবং শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীদের প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

প্রতিটি শিশুর জন্য নিরাপদ শৈশব নিশ্চিত করি
একটি শিশুর সুন্দর ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে ওঠে নিরাপদ শৈশব, ভালোবাসা, শিক্ষা এবং সুরক্ষার মধ্য দিয়ে। কিন্তু দারিদ্র্য, শিশুশ্রম, বাল্যবিবাহ, নির্যাতন, হয়রানি, অনলাইন ঝুঁকি, অবহেলা এবং বিভিন্ন দুর্যোগের কারণে অনেক শিশু আজও নানা ধরনের ঝুঁকির মুখোমুখি।
শিশুরা শুধু পরিবারের নয়—তারা আমাদের সমাজ ও দেশের ভবিষ্যৎ। তাই প্রতিটি শিশুর অধিকার, মর্যাদা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে পরিবার, শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, স্থানীয় জনগোষ্ঠী, যুবসমাজ, সামাজিক সংগঠন এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর সম্মিলিত উদ্যোগ প্রয়োজন।
আমাদের লক্ষ্য হওয়া উচিত এমন একটি শিশু-বান্ধব সমাজ গড়ে তোলা, যেখানে—
🔹 কোনো শিশু নির্যাতন, শোষণ বা অবহেলার শিকার হবে না।
🔹 শিশুশ্রমের পরিবর্তে প্রতিটি শিশু শিক্ষা ও বিকাশের সুযোগ পাবে।
🔹 বাল্যবিবাহ থেকে শিশুদের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত হবে।
🔹 স্কুল, পরিবার, অনলাইন ও সমাজে শিশুর জন্য নিরাপদ পরিবেশ থাকবে।
🔹 দুর্যোগের সময় শিশুদের বিশেষ সুরক্ষা ও প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
🔹 শিশুর কথা, মতামত ও অনুভূতিকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে।
🔹 প্রতিটি শিশু পাবে শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, নিরাপত্তা ও সুন্দরভাবে বেড়ে ওঠার সুযোগ।
আসুন, শিশুর প্রতি সহিংসতা ও বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে সচেতনতা গড়ে তুলি।
শিশুর অধিকার রক্ষায় নিজে সচেতন হই, অন্যকেও সচেতন করি।
একটি নিরাপদ শৈশবই পারে একটি সুন্দর ও মানবিক ভবিষ্যৎ নির্মাণ করতে।

Meet Our Rohingya-Camp Ambassador
PHYDO Bangladesh is pleased to introduce Arif Salam, Founder of Rohingya Care Initiative, as our Rohingya-Camp Ambassador.
As a Rohingya youth leader and community representative, Arif Salam will support communication and coordination between PHYDO Bangladesh and communities in the Rohingya camp areas.
During a meeting held today, Tanjim Hasan Rifat, Executive Director of PHYDO Bangladesh, discussed future humanitarian initiatives and community-based activities with Arif Salam. He expressed his commitment to providing necessary cooperation and support whenever PHYDO Bangladesh undertakes humanitarian, youth development, child protection, education, environmental, or other community-focused activities in the camp areas.
PHYDO Bangladesh sincerely appreciates Arif Salam for his commitment and looks forward to working together for humanity, dignity, youth empowerment, and positive change.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony,কক্সবাজারের সাইমন হেরিটেজ হোটেলে, বাহারছড়া-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হলো চারটি সংগঠনের যৌথ অংশীদারিত্বের এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আয়োজন।সমাজের কল্যাণ, মানবিক সহায়তা, যুব উন্নয়ন ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবামূলক কার্যক্রমকে আরও শক্তিশালী করার লক্ষ্যে ফাইডো বাংলাদেশ (PHYDO Bangladesh), স্টার ক্লাব (Star Club), ইয়েস বাংলাদেশ (YES Bangladesh) এবং কক্সবাজার তরুণ স্বেচ্ছাসেবী ফাউন্ডেশন-এর মধ্যে সমঝোতা স্মারক (MoU) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়।
এই Partnership-এর মূল লক্ষ্য হলো—চারটি সংগঠনের অভিজ্ঞতা, দক্ষতা, মানবসম্পদ ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী শক্তিকে একত্রিত করে ভবিষ্যতে সমাজের ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনে সম্মিলিতভাবে ভূমিকা রাখা।

Future Plan | ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা
আগামী দিনে সংগঠনগুলো পারস্পরিক Cooperation & Coordination-এর মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন Social Development, Humanitarian Assistance, Youth Development, Volunteerism, Education, Environmental Protection এবং Community Service কার্যক্রমে যৌথভাবে কাজ করবে।
স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে তরুণ ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবীদের আরও বেশি সম্পৃক্ত করা, প্রয়োজনের সময়ে মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়ানো, যৌথ উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ এবং সমাজের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা সমাধানে কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখার প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করা হয়।
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি—

Two-Day Orientation on Gender, Disability & Child Protection
Orientation for Community Leaders and Education Stakeholders to Raise Community Awareness and Sensitization on Gender, Disability, and Child Protection
With the aim of strengthening community awareness, sensitivity, and inclusion on Gender, Disability, and Child Protection, a two-day orientation program was organized for community leaders and education stakeholders.
Tanjim Hasan Rifat, Executive Director of PHYDO Bangladesh (Prottoy Humanitarian Youth Development Organization), participated in this two-day orientation program.
The training covered important topics including Gender Equality, Disability Inclusion, Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Inclusive Education, providing participants with valuable opportunities for learning, discussion, and experience sharing.
Participation in this training will further strengthen his knowledge and capacity to contribute effectively to community-level initiatives promoting child protection, gender equality, disability inclusion, and safe and inclusive education.

Leadership and Executive Management Provisions
Tanjim Hasan Rifat is hereby nominated by the Permanent Committee as the Executive Director of PHYDO Bangladesh. He is also the Founder of the organization and shall play a key role in the overall leadership, organizational development, policy formulation, and implementation of the organization’s activities. As the Founder, he may continue to perform any role or responsibility according to his own discretion, willingness, and the needs of the organization.
In the event that the Executive Director becomes permanently or temporarily unable to perform his duties due to prolonged illness, physical incapacity, personal reasons, absence, resignation, or any other unavoidable circumstances, the Deputy Director shall assume and perform the responsibilities of the Executive Director on an interim basis, subject to the applicable decisions of the organization.
The President shall continue to perform the responsibilities of the President for as long as the Executive Committee remains in office and shall provide overall leadership, guidance, and supervision for the activities of the Executive Committee.
The key office-bearers of the Executive Committee of PHYDO Bangladesh are as follows:
Tanjim Hasan Rifat — Founder & Executive Director
Mohammad Toha — Senior Co-Vice President
Saddam Hossain — Senior Co-Vice President & Office Secretary
Tanvir Sujon Tihan — Information & Publicity Secretary
All responsibilities and organizational activities shall be carried out through mutual cooperation, accountability, organizational discipline, and in accordance with the decisions of the Executive Committee and the Constitution of PHYDO Bangladesh.
