শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি বর্তমান সময়ের প্রয়োজনীয় অনলাইন দক্ষতাগুলো শেখাও একজন শিক্ষার্থীর ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তোলার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। সেই লক্ষ্যেই 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐢-𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 এর উদ্যোগে সাতকানিয়ার বায়তুশ শরফ আখতারিয়া আদর্শ ফাযিল (স্নাতক) মাদ্রাসার শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো আরও একটি অনলাইন স্কিল-ডেভেলপমেন্ট সেশন।⁣

এই সেশনে শিক্ষার্থীরা শিখতে পেরেছে 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐂𝐕 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 এবং 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐈 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 নিয়ে। শুধু বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে ধারণা দেওয়া নয়, বরং পড়াশোনা ও ভবিষ্যৎ কর্মজীবনে এগুলো কীভাবে কাজে লাগানো যায় সেটিও সহজভাবে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে।⁣

কিছু অপরিচিত শব্দ, ছবি ও তথ্য একসময় তাদের থামিয়ে দিত, আর এখন সেগুলোই নতুন সম্ভাবনার পথ দেখায়।

একটি অস্পষ্ট ছবি থেকে মূল তথ্য খুঁজে বের করা, ভিন্ন ভাষার দেয়াল টপকে যেকোনো লেখা বুঝে নেওয়া, কিংবা সঠিক শব্দ ব্যবহার করে মুহূর্তেই নিখুঁত উত্তর খুঁজে পাওয়ার মতো কৌশল মাদ্রাসার শিক্ষার্থীরা 𝐢-𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 এর সেশনে শিখছে।

এই ডিজিটাল দক্ষতাগুলো নিজের প্রশ্নের উত্তর নিজে খুঁজে নেওয়ার আত্নবিশ্বাস তৈরি করছে।

তারা এখন চেষ্টা করছে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য খুঁজে বের করার পাশাপাশি, তথ্য নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলতে, নির্ভরযোগ্যতা যাচাই করতে, ডিজিটাল টুলস এর ব্যবহার এবং অনলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে।

সাতকানিয়ার "বাইতুশ শরফ আখতারিয়া আদর্শ ফাযিল (স্নাতক) মাদ্রাসার" শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়ে 𝐢-𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 এর 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 সেশনে শিক্ষার্থীরা ডিজিটাল জগতের প্রয়োজনীয় মৌলিক দক্ষতা শেখার সুযোগ পায়। অনলাইন সেশনে অংশগ্রহণ শেখা, ইন্টারনেট সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণার পাশাপাশি প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য খুঁজে বের করা, তথ্যের সত্যতা যাচাই করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করার পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে শেখে।⁣

শিক্ষা শুধু শ্রেণিকক্ষের চার দেয়ালের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়। একজন শিক্ষার্থীর আত্মবিশ্বাস, যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা, চিন্তাভাবনা ও নেতৃত্বের সক্ষমতাও তার ভবিষ্যৎ গঠনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।⁣

আর এই সম্ভাবনাকে স্বার্থকতার রূপ দিতে 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚, সাতকানিয়া উপজেলার "বাইতুশ শরফ আখতারিয়া আদর্শ ফাযিল (স্নাতক) মাদ্রাসার" ৬০ জন প্রতিভাবান শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়ে যাত্রা শুরু করে।⁣

দিশা 𝐢-𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 এর মাধ্যমে বাস্তবায়ন করছে কমিউনিকেশন, টিমওয়ার্ক, ক্রিটিক্যাল থিংকিং সহ বিভিন্ন জীবনমুখী দক্ষতার প্রয়োগ। এছাড়া ডিজিটাল ডিভাইস ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রযুক্তিগত দক্ষতা সমৃদ্ধ করছে।⁣

সাতকানিয়ার মতো প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের শিক্ষার্থীদের সম্ভাবনাকে আরও বিকশিত করতে প্রয়োজন সুযোগ, সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা এবং উৎসাহ।⁣

Project Disha's new report, "𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔," maps youth readiness across five essential skills: Communication, Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Digital Literacy, and Financial Literacy, using data from BBS, Bangladesh Bank, WEF, BIDS, and BIGD.⁣
