𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.

Our final session at 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚, 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢, brought a meaningful milestone for our learners. Hands that had once hesitated to hold a needle successfully completed a full Katha of their own making.
Through this process, participants not only refined their needlework skills but also gained valuable insight into the business potential of handicrafts, understanding how their craft could serve as a sustainable source of income. And for the very first time, they earned from the work of their own hands.

Petal by petal, their confidence grew. What began as a single stitch is now taking the shape of something beautiful, and something entirely their own.⁣

শহর পেরিয়ে এখন সৃজনীর নতুন যাত্রা শুরু রাঙামাটিতে।

রাঙামাটি, যেখানে ৫৭% মানুষ চরম দারিদ্র্যে বাস করেন। অথচ এই অঞ্চলের নারীরা দক্ষতায় অনেক এগিয়ে, তবে দক্ষতা থাকলেও নেই তা ব্যবসায় রূপ দেওয়ার সুযোগ ও সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা। সকল প্রতিবন্ধকতা পেরিয়ে তাদের দক্ষতাকে উপার্জনের পথ হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে সক্ষম করে তোলাই আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য।

সৃজনী এর নব সূচনা বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে আমরা গিয়েছিলাম রাঙামাটির কুকিমারা পাড়া, মুড়ালিপাড়া ও তম্বপাড়া কমিউনিটিতে। এই সফর ছিল সেখানকার মানুষের বাস্তবতা ও জীবনযাত্রাকে আরও কাছ থেকে জানার এবং উপলব্ধি করার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভিজ্ঞতা।

আমরা শুনেছি তাদের জীবনের গল্প, জেনেছি তাদের নানা দক্ষতা, সম্ভাবনা ও প্রতিবন্ধকতার কথা। একই সঙ্গে উপলব্ধি করেছি নতুন কিছু শেখার প্রতি তাদের আগ্রহ ও উদ্দীপনা। প্রতিটি গল্পের গভীরে ছিল নিজেদের জন্যে নতুন কিছু করার প্রচেষ্টা। তাদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও দক্ষতার মাঝে লুকিয়ে আছে আগামী পরিবর্তনের অনেক সম্ভাবনা। আর এই সুপ্ত সম্ভাবনাকে সাফল্যে পরিণত করার আয়োজনে আমাদের সৃজনী।

সৃজনী বিশ্বাস করে, সৃজনশীল ব্যক্তির মাঝে লুকায়িত আগামীর স্বাবলম্বিতা।

ভাষা মানে কেবল অক্ষর আর উচ্চারণের সমষ্টি নয়, এটি আমাদের অনুভূতির প্রথম ঠিকানা। ভাষাই আমাদের চিন্তার শেকড় গড়ে দেয় আমাদের মানসিকতার রূপ নির্ধারণ করে।

মাতৃভাষা আমাদের আত্মপরিচয়ের সবচেয়ে নির্মল আয়না। এর ভেতরেই লুকিয়ে থাকে আমাদের সাহস, আমাদের স্মৃতি আর নীরব সংগ্রাম।

আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস উপলক্ষে সৃজনীর পক্ষ থেকে ভাষার জন্য আত্মোৎসর্গকারী সকল শহীদের প্রতি জানাই গভীর সম্মান এবং শ্রদ্ধা।
