We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. James Watson, the Nobel Prize–winning American molecular biologist who, along with Francis Crick, co-discovered the double-helix structure of DNA — a discovery that transformed our understanding of life and laid the foundation for modern genetics and biotechnology.

His groundbreaking work has inspired generations of scientists and continues to shape research in genetics, medicine, and molecular biology.

May his legacy live on through the countless discoveries his work made possible.
