Session 2 of the Leadership Development Series, jointly organized by AUW, SED, and FLC (Future Leaders Collective), brought together 60+ students for an insightful conversation on what it truly means to be a leader.

Featuring Mr. Bertrand Rajon, Swiss-French Leadership & Business Transformation Expert with over 30 years of experience at Nestlé, the session explored how effective leadership begins with understanding, supporting, and serving others.
