The 9th Foundation and Charter Celebtraion of Inner Wheel Club of Green Hills, Chittagong was held at Hotel Peninsula Chittagong on 27 March 2026, The program was graced by Ms. Dilruba Ahmed Past IIW Board Director & Founder of Inner Wheel District 345, as a Chief Guest.
The event commenced with a warm welcome address by the Club President, Ms. Amin Farzana Shammi, followed by a presentation of the club’s activities of 2025-2026 by Secretary, Ms. Afroza Yeasmeen. As a mark of appreciation, mementos were presented to Past President Ms. Magnolia Rimple Gonsalves for her dedication and valuable contributions to the club, and to Psychologist Ms. Tofa Hakim for her notable work in the field of mental health and community well-being.
A special segment of the program introduced 13 new members who recently joined the Green Hills family. The celebration was also attended by IPDC Ms. Farahnaz Qaiyum, District Editor Ms. Asma N. Ahmed, along with Presidents, Secretaries, and members from other Inner Wheel Clubs of Chittagong, as well as Guests, Donors, and Sponsors.
The program concluded with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, followed by a delightful cultural performance by the members’ children, creating a warm atmosphere of fellowship and celebration.
