This Welfare Center will be registered by Joint Stock Company and Firms of Bangladesh in pursuance of Society Registration Act 1860

Nature of the Society: This Society shall be oriented to humanitarian service. Its main object will be to render treatment service to Thalassaemia patients and to undertake and run all kinds of possible programs to build up a Thalassaemia free World. This welfare center shall not be a profit seeking organization. But this welfare center shall conduct profitable business for financing its programs
