đŖ Announcement from Kindle Society đŖ
Dear Team,
We have an important update regarding our team structure at Kindle Society. As previously announced by the Board of Directors on August eleventh, two thousand twenty-four, a new team will be formed every three months. In accordance with this directive, a new team will be established before November eleventh, two thousand twenty-four, and will commence work from that date.
With mixed emotions, we are both excited and saddened to announce some significant changes within Kindle Society. As we move toward forming a new team, Atifur Rahman Ayman, our Founder and Executive Director, will be stepping down from his role as a team member. This means that Atif has chosen not to be part of the newly formed team.
Atif believes that this change opens new doors for emerging talents and will significantly contribute to the growth of our organization. His decision stems from a desire to explore new opportunities and avoid stagnation, all while keeping the best interests of Kindle Society at heart.
Since the establishment of Kindle Society in two thousand twenty-three, alongside his co-founders Amirul Millath Sami, our current President, and Shahir Nuren, our Chief Operational Manager, Atif's leadership has been pivotal. His dedication to helping those in need through events like "āĻāĻ˛ā§ āĻ¸āĻžāĻšāĻžāĻ¯ā§āĻ¯ āĻāĻ°āĻŋ" has inspired us all. While it is indeed sad to see him leave this active role, we are profoundly grateful for his unwavering commitment and the positive impact he has made.
Moving forward, Atif will be forming a Board of Advisors, where he will continue to lend his expertise and guidance. He will be joined by Abdullah Raihan, a founding member of Kindle Society, who departed due to personal reasons. Together, they will help shape the future direction of Kindle Society and ensure our mission remains strong. Moreover, Atif has assured us that if the organization ever requires his involvement in the future, he will gladly contribute his efforts.
We are thankful for Atif's contributions and look forward to his continued involvement in this new capacity. Let us support him during this transition and embrace the exciting possibilities that lie ahead!
