সংগঠনের প্রতি আন্তরিকতা, নিষ্ঠা ও ভালোবাসার ঘাটতি ও কিছু সদস্যের দায়িত্ব পালনে অস্বচ্ছতা গোচরীভূত হওয়ার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে অত্র ফাউন্ডেশনের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান এর নির্দেশনা অনুসারে, ফাউন্ডেশন পরিচালনা পরিষদ বিলুপ্ত ঘোষণা করা হলো।
