🎓 Successfully Concluded: Higher Studies: Insights from Our Mentors 🎓

We are delighted to share that “Higher Studies: Insights from Our Mentors”, organized by PCIU Computer Club (PCC), was successfully conducted.The session offered valuable insights into higher studies, research opportunities, scholarships, and career development, followed by an engaging Q&A session with the participants.

PCIU Computer Club organized an insightful and interactive session where our distinguished mentors will share their experiences, challenges, and guidance on pursuing higher studies and building a successful academic career.

🔹 Emam Hossain - Ph.D. Candidate, Department of Information Systems, University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), USA. He previously earned his M.S. in Information Systems from UMBC and completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Chittagong. His research focuses on Causal Representation Learning, aiming to develop robust AI systems that can effectively perform in Out-of-Distribution (OOD) environments by integrating causality into Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

🚨 Urgent Appeal for Prayers and Support 🚨

Sajia Akter Rupali (20), the younger sister of Nazia Akter from CSE 23 Batch, is currently admitted to the ICU in critical condition. Due to complications from SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus), her brain, heart, and kidneys have been severely affected. She has remained unconscious since yesterday, and fluid is now accumulating around her heart.

During this difficult time, we humbly request everyone to keep her in your prayers and extend financial support if possible.

The PCIU Computer Club of Port City International University is excited to announce the 5th International Conference on Innovations in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICISET 2026) organized by the Faculty of Science & Engineering, IIUC in association with IEEE Bangladesh Section.
