As the scorching heat made daily life unbearable, Bogura Zilla School Red Crescent Youth stepped forward to offer a moment of relief to the exhausted people in and around our school premises. Our primary goal was to support the hardworking school staff and the laboring people on the streets who endure the blistering sun for hours. By providing bottles of chilled juice, we aimed to combat dehydration and offer a small sense of physical comfort to those most affected by this unforgiving weather.

From everyday pedestrians to day laborers, reaching out to everyone with a refreshing drink was a humble expression of our social responsibility. In the peak of the afternoon heat, this simple gesture brought not only physical relief to them but also a sense of profound fulfillment to our hearts. This initiative serves as a reminder that standing by people during difficult times is the essence of humanity, fostering a more compassionate and supportive environment within our community.

September 12, 2026. Saturday.

Bogura Zilla School Red Crescent Youth played a robust role today in the program organized by the Bogura District Administration to curb the spread of the deadly disease, dengue. Expressing solidarity with the government's nationwide special campaign, eight young and energetic volunteers from our unit took to the field today.

This day-long cleanliness drive was conducted in various crowded and vulnerable areas of the city. With great dedication, the volunteer team cleared away stagnant rainwater and waste—known to be safe breeding grounds for Aedes mosquito larvae.

Keeping the environment clean is not the responsibility of the government alone, but a moral duty of every citizen. Let us become aware of protecting ourselves and our families, keep our surroundings clean at all times, and play our respective roles in building a healthy society.
