🌍 Earth Avengers Workshop – Bidyasova School 🌱

On 02 August 2025, Bidyasova School proudly hosted the Earth Avengers Workshop in collaboration with Acumen Haven.

Students created inspiring artworks on important themes such as:
🎨 Climate & Environment
🚯 Plastic Pollution & Anti-Plastic Awareness
🌳 Tree Plantation & Deforestation
♻️ Carbon Footprint Reduction
💡 Energy & Resource Saving
🌏 Green Earth

The workshop encouraged creativity, awareness, and responsibility toward our planet.

বিষয়: মাইলস্টোন কলেজে বিমান দুর্ঘটনা- ডব্লিউবিএস -এর পক্ষ থেকে গভীর শোক, মানবিক সহায়তা ও করণীয় বার্তা

আজ ২১ জুলাই ২০২৫, রাজধানীর উত্তরা মডেল টাউনে অবস্থিত মাইলস্টোন কলেজ চত্বরে একটি ভয়াবহ বিমান বিধ্বস্ত হওয়ার ঘটনা গোটা জাতিকে স্তম্ভিত করেছে। বিকেল সাড়ে ৪টার দিকে একটি প্রশিক্ষণ বিমান কলেজ মাঠে পড়ে গেলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আগুন ধরে যায় এবং ঘটনাস্থলেই কয়েকজন প্রাণ হারান ও অন্তত এক ডজন শিক্ষার্থী আহত হন। আহতদের মধ্যে কয়েকজনের অবস্থা আশঙ্কাজনক এবং তারা বর্তমানে রাজধানীর বিভিন্ন হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসাধীন আছেন।

মাইলস্টোন কলেজের শ্রেণিকক্ষে ক্লাস চলাকালীন সময়ে দুর্ঘটনাটি ঘটে, ফলে শিক্ষার্থীদের মানসিক আঘাত গভীর।

🕊️ ডব্লিউবিএস-এর পক্ষ থেকে গভীর শোক ও সহমর্মিতা:
ওয়ার্ক ফর বেটার সোসাইটি (ডব্লিউবিএস) এই হৃদয়বিদারক ঘটনায় নিহতদের আত্মার শান্তি কামনা করছে এবং শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারগুলোর প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা প্রকাশ করছে। পাশাপাশি আহতদের দ্রুত আরোগ্য কামনা করছি।

🔶 ডব্লিউবিএস-এর জরুরি পদক্ষেপ ও সহায়তা কার্যক্রম:

✅ মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সহায়তা ক্যাম্প:
শিক্ষার্থী, শিক্ষক ও প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীদের জন্য আগামীকাল থেকে উত্তরা এলাকায় ফ্রি ট্রমা কাউন্সেলিং সেশন চালু করা হবে। এতে পেশাদার মনোরোগ চিকিৎসক ও থেরাপিস্টরা থাকবেন।

✅ রক্তদান ও মেডিকেল সহায়তা:
WBS-এর তরফ থেকে রাতেই একটি জরুরি রক্ত সংগ্রহ ইউনিট গঠন করা হয়েছে। যারা রক্ত দিতে ইচ্ছুক, তারা WBS হটলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। এছাড়াও প্রয়োজনীয় ওষুধ ও চিকিৎসা সরবরাহে সহায়তা অব্যাহত আছে।

✅ সচেতনতা ও তথ্য যাচাই:
WBS অনুরোধ করছে—সঠিক তথ্য যাচাই না করে কিছু শেয়ার করবেন না। রক্তাক্ত বা দগ্ধ অবস্থার ছবি, গুজব বা ভয়ের বার্তা প্রচার থেকে বিরত থাকুন। এতে শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারগুলোর মানসিক আঘাত আরও বাড়বে।

✅ বিশেষ শোকসভা ও দোয়া মাহফিল:
২৩ জুলাই বুধবার বিকেল ৪টায় মিরপুরস্থ বিদ্যাসভা স্কুল প্রাঙ্গণে এক বিশেষ দোয়া মাহফিল ও আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। আমরা সবাইকে সেখানে অংশ নিতে বিনীত অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি।

📢 সচেতন নাগরিকদের জন্য ডব্লিউবিএস-এর মানবিক বার্তা:

১️⃣ এই মুহূর্তে কৌতূহল নয়, সহানুভূতি জরুরি।
২️⃣ শিক্ষার্থীদের পাশে দাঁড়ান—তাদের ভীতি কাটাতে সাহায্য করুন।
৩️⃣ স্কুল ও জনবহুল স্থানের নিরাপত্তা পুনর্মূল্যায়নের দাবি তুলুন।
৪️⃣ আত্মীয়স্বজনদের পাশে থাকুন, তাদের মনোবল ভেঙে পড়তে দেবেন না।
৫️⃣ তদন্তের দাবির পাশাপাশি ভবিষ্যতের প্রতিকারমূলক পরিকল্পনা চাহিদা হিসেবে তুলুন।

"ওয়ার্ক ফর বেটার সোসাইটি (ডব্লিউবিএস) তৎক্ষণাতভাবে মাইলস্টোন কলেজ দুর্ঘটনার প্রতিক্রিয়ায় উদ্ধার ও সহায়তা কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে। আমরা আহত শিক্ষার্থী ও পরিবারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করে জরুরি চিকিৎসা, খাদ্য এবং মানসিক সহায়তা প্রদানে কাজ করছি। পাশাপাশি স্থানীয় প্রশাসন ও হাসপাতালের সাথে সমন্বয় করে দ্রুততম সময়ে দুর্ঘটনাগ্রস্তদের নিরাপদ চিকিৎসা নিশ্চিত করতে সকল সম্ভাব্য ব্যবস্থা নিচ্ছি। আমাদের প্রধান লক্ষ্য হলো মানুষের জীবন রক্ষা ও যত দ্রুত সম্ভব তাদের পাশে দাঁড়ানো।"
