Introducing the UNIFY 100×100 Model | 2026–2027
Connecting Institutions. Empowering Youth. Building Leadership Through Action.
I am pleased to introduce the UNIFY 100×100 Model, a flagship youth development initiative of the United Network for Innovative Future & Youth (UNIFY), designed to advance youth leadership, SDG literacy, institutional engagement, and meaningful youth-led action.
Conceptualized and initiated under my founding leadership as Founder & Chairman of UNIFY, the model is designed as a structured, one-year programme for 2026–2027.
Our Vision & Targets
The 100×100 Model is built around three key ambitions:
- 100 Educational Institutions — expanding institutional engagement across Bangladesh.
- 100-Minute Learning & Engagement Framework — connecting learning with participation and practical action.
- 20,000+ Young People — pursuing wider youth engagement through coordinated institutional activities.
Implementation & Representation Framework
To support coordinated implementation, the model establishes six interconnected structures:
Central Implementation Teams
1. 100×100 Core Team — strategic guidance, programme planning, and overall coordination.
2. 100×100 Coordination Team — institutional outreach, partnerships, communication, and monitoring.
3. 100×100 Implementation Team — programme delivery, youth engagement, field-level activities, and reporting.
Representative Networks
4. District Representative Network — planned coverage across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
5. Public University Representative Network — university-level representation, campus engagement, and student mobilization.
6. International Representative Network — outreach and collaboration across UNIFY's network of 22 partner countries.
Accountability & Leadership Development
The framework emphasizes clearly defined responsibilities, coordinated reporting, programme performance, institutional engagement, and professional conduct.
It also seeks to create opportunities for young people to demonstrate leadership through meaningful contributions, responsibility, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Our guiding principle is:
CONNECT. COORDINATE. IMPLEMENT. MEASURE. IMPACT.
As Founder & Chairman of UNIFY, I believe that youth development requires more than participation. It requires structured opportunities for young people to learn, take responsibility, collaborate with institutions, and translate ideas into action.
The UNIFY 100×100 Model represents a step towards building a connected, inclusive, and action-oriented youth ecosystem.
Learn. Connect. Contribute. Lead.
