The Brothers of the Upsilon Omicron Sigma Chapter proudly supported World Down Syndrome Day through the “Rock Your Socks” initiative. We came together with purpose and raised $1,100 BDS in direct support of the Barbados Down Syndrome Association.

This effort strengthened awareness across our community and reinforced the importance of inclusion. Each contribution supported individuals and families while showing that our chapter stands for action.

The Upsilon Omicron Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated proudly provided donations in support of the Kiwanis Club of Barbados North as they continue their work serving children and strengthening communities across Barbados.

Founded on September 4, 1986, the Kiwanis Club of Barbados North has remained committed to improving the lives of young people through service, mentorship, and community outreach. Their efforts include community clean ups and programs that support youth development and well being.

Our chapter was honored to support this meaningful mission. Supporting organizations that focus on youth growth, education, and community service reflects our commitment to Culture for Service and Service to Humanity.

We commend the Kiwanis Club of Barbados North for their dedication and look forward to continued opportunities to support initiatives that uplift and empower the next generation.

The Upsilon Omicron Sigma Chapter proudly supported the Athletics Association of Barbados through the CARIFTA Games 2026 Sponsor Fundraising Initiative.

By completing and submitting three official sponsor cards, our chapter raised 3,600.00 dollars to assist Barbados’ national junior athletes as they prepare to compete in Grenada, April 4 to 6, 2026.

These funds help reduce travel, training, and competition expenses for athletes representing Barbados at the regional level.

We are especially proud to support Ellerslie School student-athlete Jasmine Brathwaite, who is pursuing the 5.65 meter qualifying standard in the Under 20 long jump.

This initiative reflects our commitment to youth development, athletic excellence, and national pride through Culture for Service and Service to Humanity.
