From 21–27 September 2026, Broad Street Media and Barbados Horizon Deaf Charity joins the global Deaf community in celebrating Deaf people, Sign Language, Deaf culture, inclusion, and human rights.

This week is more than a celebration it is an opportunity to raise awareness, create greater understanding, strengthen our community, and promote equal access for Deaf people in Barbados.

From 21–27 September 2026, Barbados joins the global Deaf community in celebrating Deaf people, Sign Language, Deaf culture, inclusion, and human rights.

This week is more than a celebration it is an opportunity to raise awareness, create greater understanding, strengthen our community, and promote equal access for Deaf people in Barbados.
