WOW (Words of Wisdom) Barbados came into being in 2018 when the couple Phil and Marg approached a primary school on the island of Barbados. They felt the call of God to establish a school’s ministry in here. They wanted see whether Great Open Door’s style of ministry, featuring puppets, drama, interactive Bible stories, music and memory verses would connect with the children here in the i
sland of Barbados. Great Open Door is a Christian school’s ministry in their hometown of Harlow, Essex in the United Kingdom which continues to minister to teachers and students currently. WOW continues to visit primary schools across the island sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, teaching them principles like love, forgiveness and many more. Children and teachers enjoy the puppets, music and messages that are conveyed by the puppets. Vision
Our vision is to ‘raise the next generation to know their God’ by teaching the Christian faith, moral and values to primary school children in engaging and relevant ways. By this, they can make an informed choice about belief in God and following His Son, Jesus Christ. Values
