Azerbaijan Volunteers' Public Union / Azərbaycan Könüllülər İctimai Birliyi Azerbaijan Volunteers’ Public Union (AVPU) is non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in November, 2000 and registered in August, 2003.

As non-profit organization AVPU’s main activity strategy based on grants awarded by different local and international donors. Since the time of the establishment Azerbaijan Volunteers’ Public Union is awarded with the “European Youth Award” of the Council of Europe according to the active participation in youth policy in Europe. AVPU wins an award, which confirms that it has been successful in 2013. The award is given by Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan!
