We are proud to present our latest report, “Artificial Intelligence for Governance: Insights from the Finnish Experience” developed by the Modern Information Society and Innovations NGO and authored by Seymur Hasanov, Gular Rzayeva, Ulvi Hasanzade, Elmira Farzaliyeva, Narmin Abdurahmanova, and Nijat Jafarov.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a driving force across various sectors, revolutionizing governance, advancing scientific research, and transforming critical areas like healthcare, education, finance, industry, customer service, and so on. By redefining governance, AI is enhancing service delivery, promoting smarter decision-making, and strengthening public trust. Finland’s approach to AI implementation offers valuable lessons on how to leverage this technology for public good, encourage citizen-centric service design, and foster trust-based governance. This report provides a comprehensive framework for policymakers, academics, and innovators to explore the transformative potential of AI.
