Hi hi hi, happy day for you🌸! We are delighted to introduce our second Board Member: Mariana V. Da Silva De Sousa!
Mariana is our "Public Relations Director." A young woman of 22 years old with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Development at the University of Aruba, who is currently working as a Project Assistant at Red Cross Aruba. If you know Mariana, you know that she is a smart, ambitious and jolly person. A random fact to know about Mariana is that she loves to collect mugs, she is a music and planner lover and is a big fan of the show “Grey’s Anatomy”. When Mariana was asked what motivated her to join the foundation, she answered: "When I look at the world right now, there is a lot of competition and jealousy between females. I truly believe that women can run the world but we have to come together, share our wisdom and truly empower and encourage each other. I believe that with this platform and foundation, I am given the opportunity to connect with women and girls, share my wisdom and be able to plant seeds of sisterhood within my community"
Mariana, we are happy that you are part of the board and can’t wait to see the work you will put out in the community. Did you know Mariana already? What do you have in common with Mariana?
