Take a look at how Medical Pantry moves donated medical supplies from our warehouse to where they’re needed most.

We rescue surplus medical supplies from hospitals, research facilities, and donors, helping prevent 15,000 tonnes of waste from reaching landfill each year.

When you place an order through our website, our volunteers carefully sort and pack each request so it’s ready for delivery or collection. Local partners can collect from our warehouse or receive delivery. International partners are supported with coordinated overseas freight.

Today is World Environment Day 🌏 and we're thinking about every box that didn't end up in landfill this month. Surplus medical supplies that would have been thrown out are now on their way to communities who need them.

Late post but still great news to share: What if your holiday luggage could help give medical supplies a second life? ✈️

That’s exactly what Emily did on her trip to Phuket, donating 5kg of luggage space to hand deliver medical supplies to Soi Dog Foundation🐾

Emily shared that it felt incredibly rewarding to help while travelling and of course, cuddling the dogs and cats along the way made the experience even more special.

At Medical Pantry, we love seeing our community help give medical supplies a second life in creative and meaningful ways. Whether it’s sharing luggage space, introducing new partner organisations, or helping redirect surplus stock where it’s needed most, every small action contributes to better healthcare access and community care.

Hear from Dr. Martin Nguyen (Founder of Medical Pantry), Ganesh Sen (Founder of Reach 4 Your Future Foundation) and Dr Asiri Arachchi (Colorectal Surgeon) as they discuss how three organisations collaborated to deliver crucial medical supplies to Fiji at the High Tea for Cancer Care & Research fundraiser event.

Over $10,000 was raised for cancer care and research at this annual fundraiser hosted by Reach 4 Your Future Foundation at The Windsor Hotel. All proceeds support vital patient and carer initiatives through the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation 🎗️

Partnerships like these show the power of collaboration, community care and ensuring crucial medical supplies reach the people and organisations who need them most.

Last month, Medical Pantry supplied Reach 4 Your Future Foundation with 10 shipping containers of stoma bags for patients in Suva, Fiji, following a need identified by Dr Asiri Arachchi. Ganesh Sen helped facilitate the logistics to ensure these important supplies reached communities across the Pacific Islands.
