Hello beautiful community,

Just a little update — sorry we’ve been a bit quiet lately. I’ve been in Europe for the past couple of months, and Laura has taken on a big workload during that time.

For now, we’ll be pausing monthly life drawing and shifting to special one-off themed sessions throughout the year, so each event can feel more immersive and intentional — and we’re really excited about this new direction.

Thank you so much for being such a wonderful, creative community — it’s been really lovely drawing alongside you.

We’ll keep this group updated with the next new concept and session ✨

Love,

Laura and Maggie

Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, this
vibrant community space is once again activating its incredible potential for the local creative community. This time, we’re offering an immersive night featuring live music, captivating storytelling, and an infusion of whimsical creativity that will transport you to another world…The OTHERWORLD: A Night Of Inspired Music and Celtic Tales ✨

Magical evening of Celtic music, storytelling and ritual theatre in the Blue Mountains.

✨ Step with us into the Otherworld, a realm of magic and song. Be enchanted by music inspired by ancient Druidic redes from Tasmanian Jesse McCormack, rollicking Celtic tales accompanied on harp with Alasdair Greenbard and the whimsical dark fae band Blue Cocoon, at the artists haven that is Church of the Arts on the 23rd of November at 7pm. ✨

Next Saturday 23rd Nov. We are so excited to have Alasdair Greenbard, the contemporary bard, scholar of medieval history and Celtic languages, tradition-bearer and composer at COTA for OTHERWORLD. Ticket Link in comments.

Alasdair will transport the audience with a unique blend of spoken word and live harp performances. Known for his deeply rooted connection to medieval history, Celtic languages, and mysticism, Alasdair’s performance will dive into ancient, otherworldly tales of his Celtic ancestors, taking listeners on a journey through time with his storytelling and the ethereal harp, ÈtaÌn, playing.
