Been on a pretty bumpy ride with art and poetry these last few years. Feeling that creative sparkle in my eyes starting to come back.
Much like running, when I do art, all I think about is art.
Started Writing Little Frail W***y Wagtail back in 2023 in the tattoo shop at the peak of my homesickness. Well before I even told people I wrote poems lol. Finally fixed it up and got taught how to wood burn to make this for my mum for her birthday.
I don’t normally keep much of the art I do, and when making something I always have someone in mind to give it to. Sometimes they receive it, sometimes they don’t.
Pretty sure the point of life is to love the people and places that surround you.
