Pod Projects is a Registered Australian Charity that is not aligned or associated with any political party or religious organisation in Cambodia or Australia. We do not discriminate on grounds of religion/non-religion, nor do we promote a particular world view.

August Drop ☁️🧡 No Sunshine Today!

Well… the weather gods clearly had other plans today! ☁️🌧️ No sunshine, just a very grey afternoon for our August Dignity Bag drop.

Another 40 Dignity Bags delivered thanks to the continued support of the IMB Bank Community Foundation Grant 🙏🧡

Dropped off to Wayne and the wonderful Orange Sky Laundry volunteers, who keep doing the important stuff, rain or shine.

Another drop done, another 40 bags making their way to where they’re needed. 🧵🪡🛍️

We’ll be back in September… hopefully with a little sunshine! ☀️😉

July Drop & not a cloud in the sky...no gumboots required! 😄☀️

This month we delivered 50 Dignity Bags thanks to the continued support of the IMB Bank Community Foundation Grant, with an extra special thank you to Maree Isedale, whose generous donation helped us increase this month's drop from 40 to 50 bags. 🙏🧡

Handed over to Wayne and the incredible volunteers at Orange Sky Laundry, who continue making a real difference for those doing it tough in our community.

A sunny afternoon, plenty of smiles, and another successful drop complete.
We'll be back again in August to do it all over again 🧵🪡🛍️

Sometimes it's the things we don't often talk about that make the biggest difference.

When visiting this large family of 10 in Treak Village to hand over their newly donated water well, Darith learned their toilet was in desperate need of repairs due to a significant sewage problem. For a family this size, it was having a huge impact on their daily lives.

Once again, long-time Pod Projects supporters Lee & Geoff Venables stepped in with incredible generosity. Not only did they donate this family's new water well, they also funded the much-needed toilet repairs, which have now been completed.

A huge thank you to Darith for quickly organising local tradies to get the problem fixed without delay. 👏

Access to water and safe sanitation go hand in hand. Both are basic human needs that every family deserves, bringing better health, dignity and a safer future.

Lee & Geoff, thank you for changing more than one part of this family's story. Your kindness will have a lasting impact for many years to come. ♥️🙏

💧 Seven wells in just four weeks! 💧

Our 7th donated well is now complete, bringing easier access to water for another wonderful family in Treak Village, Cambodia 🇰🇭♥️

A huge thank you to our incredible well builder, Mr Suy Sean, who has worked tirelessly to complete these wells as quickly as possible. He knows every day matters when a family is waiting for access to water.

This well was generously donated by our long-time supporters, Lee & Geoff Venables. Thank you for changing the everyday lives of this beautiful, large family. Your kindness will make a difference for many years to come.

The photos say it all... it didn't take long for the kids to discover the pump is just as good for a splash as it is for filling buckets! 💦😊

June Drop ☁️🧡 A Little Grey, A Little Drizzly… But We’ll Take It!

After what feels like months of soaking wet drop-offs, the weather gods kept the rain to a minimum. Sure, it was grey and drizzling, but at least it wasn't bucketing down! 🌦️😄

Another 40 Dignity Bags were delivered this month thanks to the ongoing support of the Community Foundation Grant 🙏

Handed over to Wayne and the amazing volunteers at Orange Sky Laundry, who continue supporting those doing it tough in our community.

A few raindrops, plenty of smiles, and another successful monthly drop complete.

We'll be back again in July to do it all over again 🧵🪡🛍️

💧 Well number 6 of 6 is now complete! 💧

Our sixth donated well is now flowing in Treak Village, providing access to water for Mr Svang Reay, Mrs Cheak Thai and their seven children 🇰🇭♥️

What an incredible few weeks it's been, with six wells completed and six families now enjoying easier access to water close to home.

A huge thank you to our well builder, Mr Suy Sean, who completed all six wells in record time 👏

But no rest just yet... another well is already on the way thanks to the generosity of long-time Pod Projects supporters, Lee & Geoff Venables. ♥️
