Grace - Yoga and Belly Dance brings you nine thoughtfully curated Yoga classes across three weeks, we will gather the stillness of early mornings to build warmth, clarity, depth and joy.
Brought to Winchelsea by Lisa of Grace Yoga & Belly Dance.
As we move towards, through and beyond the longest night of the year this immersion offers the space for seasonal reflection, an opportunity to move froward intentionally, reconnect with yourself in all aspects within a small, supportive community of like minded souls.
Intentionally limited to nine souls, allowing space for personal guidance, genuine connection and conscious practice.
