Hey , our next meeting is this week on Friday 9th October.

It will include a 5 minute explanation of the benefits of joining the Federation of Small Businesses - FSB from Sarah Pearce - FSB Membership Advisor.

It will cover the services you never knew they offered and the built-in benefits that are available from day one of membership.

Our group is an informal networking group with no 60 second pitches, just great conversation with local business owners looking to support the local community.

Tag someone you'd like to bring along to Geo's Coffee House

Hey , hope you're managing to avoid some of the heavy showers we've been getting this bank holiday weekend.
It's almost as if we've had a factory reset and the real British Summer has returned.
Anyway, as most of us head back to work after summer breaks and school holidays, our next meeting will be on Friday 11th September at 7.30am.
Who's hoping to show up?

See you all tomorrow - who’s popping along?

Don't forget that we are doing something a little different this month. Instead of the early morning, we'll be co-working from Geo's at 9.30 until around 11am.

Drop in for a chat, a catch up or just a nice coffee (and it's great coffee at Geo's Coffee House) or one of their summer refreshing cold drinks.

Whoop, it's a bank holiday this weekend. And, the weather is going to be amazing by the looks of it.

It's not always easy to find the time to switch off, especially if you own your own business, but it is important to:

🥰 Rest
🥰 Reset
🥰 Refresh
🥰 Refocus

You can't always be "on" otherwise you'll burn out. It is important to carve out some real downtime, just to be, enjoy the time, enjoy the space and recuperate.

So, what are your plans for the weekend?

It's Monday, so let's try getting a little engagement going in this group.

The bank holiday weekend is approaching, what are your plans for the three-day break?
