Hey , hope you're managing to avoid some of the heavy showers we've been getting this bank holiday weekend.
It's almost as if we've had a factory reset and the real British Summer has returned.
Anyway, as most of us head back to work after summer breaks and school holidays, our next meeting will be on Friday 11th September at 7.30am.

Whoop, it's a bank holiday this weekend. And, the weather is going to be amazing by the looks of it.

It's not always easy to find the time to switch off, especially if you own your own business, but it is important to:

🥰 Rest
🥰 Reset
🥰 Refresh
🥰 Refocus

You can't always be "on" otherwise you'll burn out. It is important to carve out some real downtime, just to be, enjoy the time, enjoy the space and recuperate.
