Peggy, Lavinia & Neil, [3 nonagenarians] enjoyed the Friendship, Freedom, Fresh air, and fun of Tuesday’s ride. Talk of the ‘old school days’. Who got the cane & who did not, [not telling], a drive through the bottle shop ???? Street art, Op shopping, memories of favourite dogs, the historical bollards and so much more all with an easy listening soundtrack. What a glorious morning on Friday !!!! Heather & Kaye were very grateful for their first trip into the Pet Barn. They were also pleased to see the beautiful view of the coastline. Racing against the clock, Trevor and Lynice, ably assisted by Neil were able to get back to base by 11am as Harvest Christian School were visiting to show them their Bookweek Costumes! well done Team 📚 🙋🏻‍♀️🙏💟 🚲

On Tuesday, we expected to do a weatherwise, inside ride due to a Windy Wallaroo Day, but Barb & Lavinia were keen, so, with Leona steering, Catherine led us [on foot] around streets not previously ventured.
We even met up with our friend ‘Spot’ and his mum.

Today was our shortest trip ever!!! We got to the end of the street & we were rained out!! Jean & Lavinia didn’t mind as we did a tour of the SOTS to places they had never been before. Excited, Heather & Barbara delclared they had “been everywhere”, on this crisp, rosy cheeked morning. Historical, buildings, the restless sea, a stunning mural, and greeting dogs at the park, was all made possible by Pilot Graeme, Scout Leona and with Neil keeping tabs at the back. Always so much fun! 🙏
