Warren "Fox" Marquet was born 5th August 1943. He joined the Wallarobba Bush Fire Brigade (as it was known then) in 1966. Fox held positions of treasurer, president, permit officer and Captain.
Fox was integral part of not only the fire brigade but cricket, cards and the Wallarobba Community Hall, just to name a few.
Fox lived his entire life at Wallarobba. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and the Wallarobba Community. May you rest in peace, our friend. ❤️

Wallarobba Rural Fire Brigade members are much safer working in the night time, with the purchase of a new Pelican light tower.
Our brigade was a fortunate recipient of the Resilience and Recovery grant from Dungog Shire Council !!
We are so thankful for our little community supporting us!

Wallarobba Brigade responded to an Agricultural burn today, off Dungog Road.
Another fire from Wallaringa Road met up with the Dungog Road fire. 🔥
We were lucky to have Vacy crew come over and thankfully assisted us and we all worked together with the farm fire units from both properties. Team work makes the dream work!

The fire was left in the capable hands of the farm fire units, to monitor until the cool night air worked its magic and the fire died out. 🚒
