Waikerie Wetlands parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning, 8am at Waikerie Wetlands, SA. Everyone is welcome to walk, run, or volunteer.

It was brisk but beautiful morning - some extra puddle challenges were thrown in to keep things interesting!

This week 31 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 9 were first timers and 5 recorded new Personal Bests.

Waikerie Wetlands parkrun started on 18th January 2025. Since then 1,309 participants have completed 3,656 parkruns covering a total distance of 18,280 km, including 689 new Personal Bests. A total of 127 individuals have volunteered 880 times.

This week 56 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 27 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 2 different clubs took part.
