We believe that talent rather than socio-economic background should be the key determinant of personal success. Research indicates that too many talented students from low socio-economic backgrounds continue to be excluded from the workforce due to a lack of information on how to achieve their ambitions and inadequate access to role models in their desired profession. We aim to bridge this ‘aspira
tion- attainment’ gap by providing high achieving students from low socio-economic and non-traditional university backgrounds with a mentoring program and workshops.
