Embrace something new. Embrace Dancing specialises in providing welcoming dance classes specifically for adult dancers. Age and experience are no barrier to you embracing dancing. We have something for everyone. We offer the following classes:

Come and experience the party atmosphere and music of South America in the dance fitness class that has taken the world by storm. Led by a licensed Zumba instructor, be prepared to smile, sweat and have fun! Dance-ability: None required
Fitness level: This class allows you to push your own barriers - what ever they are you heart will be pumping! Latin in Line
Come and learn simple sequences in Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Swing, Charleston, Waltz and more. These routines are a fantastic introduction to Latin and Ballroom dancing and provide a routine for social dancers. No partner required. Latin in Line Light will focus on 2 routines for a month then change dances. This allows us to break down steps, learn technique and build confidence. Dance- ability: Beginner to experienced dancers welcome
Fitness: mild to moderate

Community Irish Dance
Ever wanted to try Irish dancing but never had the chance? This is you time to embrace Irish dancers in classes specifically for adult dancers. These classes are led by a registered teacher with the WIDA, with over 20 years competitive Irish dance experience. These classes are for those that want to have a go at all the intricate foot work and see where it takes them. Think performance, competition, exams or just for fun! At Embrace you can write your own story. Come and learn to do Irish group dances with Irish dance technique and precision. Enjoy the challenge of coordinating with other dancers and building our technique and fitness at the same time
Dance-ability: Beginner to experienced dancers welcome

Zumba Update 💃✨

A little change is happening with our Monday night Zumba!

I’ve decided to hand the class over to the lovely Lana. ❤️

I’ve absolutely loved teaching this class and dancing with you all, but I’ve realised it’s time for me to create a little more space in my week and give myself some time back. I’m going to focus my teaching energy on Neon Boots line dance and Irish dance — the two things I really want to pour my heart into.

Lana has some fun pop and hip-hop routines ready to go, so please come along tomorrow night and give her a warm welcome! I think you’re going to have a great time. 💃🕺

And if you have a remaining 10-trip pass, don’t worry — Lana will honour all your remaining sessions. 🙌

Lana will take cash payment, or you can pay [insert payment option].

Thank you to everyone who has danced Zumba with me. I’ve genuinely loved our Monday nights and I’m so grateful for all the laughs, energy and good times. ❤️
