One month to go!
IMHC isn’t just built around the program, it’s built around the moments in between.

At the end of Day 1, the conversation continues:
• Welcome Networking Event — live music, drinks, and space to connect
• Trivia Night — a more relaxed way to meet people you wouldn’t otherwise

These are the moments where:
You meet someone doing similar work
You share ideas you wouldn’t in a formal session
You realise you’re not the only one navigating the same challenges

If you’re coming, plan to stay for these!

It’s not just sessions, it’s who you’re in the room with!

Some of the most valuable conversations happen outside the sessions.

At ADDZ26, we’ve created space for exactly that:
✔ Welcome Networking Function (26 May), ease in, connect early
✔ Twilight Dinner (27 May), continue conversations in a relaxed setting
✔ Shared moments with people who understand the work you do
Because connection is just as important as content.

What IMHC actually feels like?
It’s not just the keynotes people talk about afterwards.
It’s the moment you sit in a session and think
“This is exactly what we’re dealing with right now.”

It might be:
• A session on trauma that reframes how you approach your work
• A conversation about workforce pressure that actually reflects your reality
• A practical idea you take straight back into your service the following week

“Very worthwhile, engaging workshops and inspiring speakers.”
That’s the feedback, but what it really means is this:
The content lands.
