PLP, IEP must be written with an emphasis on what schools are doing to assist the child to attain their goals. I have just read three personalised education plans that focus on what the child must do to achieve their goal rather than what the school/ teachers are doing to help the child reach the goals! I agree children need to build their skill sets however the focus of a personalised plan is what adaptations are required not how the child must change!
