The Support Life After Torture campaign raises funds to support crucial services and programs that provide rehabilitation to people who have been tortured.

Torture is a violation of human rights and is prohibited under international law. However torture is still utilised in many countries. Its victims come from all walks of life. At any given time, a number of centres that are part of the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT) are at risk of closure because funds are not available. Your support is crucial in allowing rehabili

tation services around the world to continue providing assistance to people who have been tortured to ease their pain and suffering, and rebuild their lives. Rehabilitation, through a combination of services including medical, psychological, legal and social support, acts as a symbol of triumph and hope for a world without torture.
