It was a stunning spring morning in Tamborine Mountain yesterday.

As part of Mental Health Week our Business Wellbeing Coach Sandra was at the Mountain Chamber of Commerce Business and Wellbeing Breakfast.

Business Wellbeing Coach Katherine Watson presented at the Business@Sunrise event bright and earlier this week.

Hosted by the Highfields Chamber of Commerce, and as part of Mental Health Week Katherine’s presentation focused on the importance of how looking after your business, starts with looking after yourself and how to identify the early warning signs of burnout and how to prevent burnout.
