Nundah Activity Centre is offering a complete training program for job seekers wishing to find entry level employment in IT. The program includes a Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology for no cost through Qld Government funding.

Congratulations to our Community Services Co-ordinator Joanna Barnes. The second intake in our Skilling Queenslanders for Work, Certificate III in Aged Care is now full of eager trainees. The course will commence on March 14 with a full quota and extra applicants waiting for a space of the next intake. Great work Joanna. Good to see genuine effort and hard work rewarded.

A great meeting in our hall with NAC this afternoon to discuss the 40th Anniversary Celebrations. This is going to be one of best nights NAC has seen since.. Who knows when? All for only $25 continuous food served for most of the night, drinks at club prices and great disco sounds of the seventies. It deserves to be big. It's been forty years. The second intake of our Certificate III in Home and Community Care is scheduled to commence on March 14. Trainees in the current course are participating in their on-the-job work experience component. The course is free to eligible trainees under Skilling Queenslanders for Work. We are looking forward to our Australia Day celebrations at Nundah Activity Centre. We beat the rest of the country by doing it on Thursday so we can still have another one on the holiday next week.
