CHANGEOVER 2026. Ingham Lions celebrated their night with the changeover of the outgoing Board of Directors under the leadership of President Silvia Poggio. Silvia recognised and awarded her members and thanked everyone for a successful year!

Incoming President Elizabeth Phillips and the 2026/27 Board of Directors were inducted by DGE Ed Morris during the evening. Let the work begin.

Thank you everyone for making the night a success, and the year ahead wonderful!

Last night some of our club members who also hold positions on the District 201Q2 cabinet joined with the other District members to celebrate the year we have shared. Many laughs were had. Presentations were made to all who helped throughout the year and some very big awards presented. Ingham Lions would like to congratulate Gary AudreyandGary Kenny on his Lions Hall of Fame award as well as all the other worthy award recipients. To finish the night off DG Toni Lanphiere presented DGE Ed Morris with the gavel and gong for his incoming year. Great night had by all.

The final night of the Lions Convention included the Gala Dinner at the Adelaide Oval with “Aussie Sports” as the theme. No guesses required for who we all supported. 🤠 🤣
The final day began with the national judging of Youth of the Year, with Queensland very well represented, but the WA student won both public speaking & overall winner.
The day wrapped up with bringing in the new 2026/2027 Council with our very own Ed one step closer to being the District Governor. Congratulations Ed & Angie. 👏
