Thank you to everyone who was involved in our 2026 Committee, we could not have achieved what we did throughout the year without you all. Your time and dedication was truly appreciated.

We announce below our Season 2027 Committee, welcoming some new faces and welcoming back lots of returning ones.

As always, general committee positions remain open throughout the season and we would encourage you to join at any point. Please do not hesitate to contact the club if you have any specific questions about what is involved, we would love to have more people on board!

Trafalgar Junior Football Club was incredibly blessed with the wonderful coaches we had in Season 2026.
We thank both Will and Luke for their encouragement, time spent developing & relationships built with their players. We look forward to you both continuing to play a role in Season 2027.
To Shane, your football knowledge and experience was incredibly valuable for our Under 12’s. The Under 16’s are in amazing hands. We wish you all the best for next season with them, along with the Seniors.

To our returning coach Rick - the dedication you continue to show TJFC is immense and we look forward to another fantastic season with the Under 8’s.

To our new coaches in Shane and Dean, we welcome you both to your new roles with TJFC and look forward to supporting you in Season 2027. Thank you both for coming on board! Exciting times ahead.

A reminder our Annual General Meeting will follow Sunday afternoon’s Presentations.
We are looking forward to welcoming back existing families on the committee and would love to see new families, who would like to be involved on a committee level join us!

It’s an exciting time at the TJFC and the AGM is a great opportunity to hear about what we have planned for next season, how we are building our club and most importantly how you can be involved in this.

New ideas help our club continue to grow, whether your child has just finished their first season of football or will be going into their final junior year we would love to see you.
Please stay on and join us Sunday evening.

Luke was looking to use this season coaching the Under 10’s as a stepping stone into coaching Richmond - and whilst the Under 10’s season came to an end in yesterdays Elimination Final defeat, the TJFC would happily pass on a glowing reference!

The growth in skills, teamwork and competitiveness shown in this young group over the season, was a testament to your time and commitment Snowy and for that we are truly grateful. We are also extremely glad you found your love of football again.

Organising 24, 9 & 10 year olds takes a team, and we thank Kylie, Jess, Jase and Aaron for their unwavering support, care & guidance throughout the year.

To finish the Home and Away Season on 8 wins, 5 losses and to end up 6th on the ladder, Will was able to take his group of Under 14’s players to an Elimination Final. The first finals experience for 95% of them. What an incredible achievement.

Will does not have a child in this Under 14’s team, his commitment is purely for the future of our Club. We thank you Will for the last 2 years of your time, dedication and your endeavour to create a positive and encouraging environment.

To Steve, Jamie, Meagan and Em, week in week out, two nights a week at training and then game day, we thank you for your guidance, knowledge and support. The season would not have run as well or as smoothly without you all. The players were so lucky to have had you.

🔴⚪️50 Club Games⚪️🔴

In today’s Elimination Final we celebrated Hunter Kerstens 50th Club Game!
Another one of our 4th season Under 10’s who made his debut in 2023.
Hunter is an extremely skilled footballer, a tackling machine, who consistently makes the right decision with ball in hand on the field.
With a beautiful kick especially in front of goal, this quiet achiever has a strong football IQ and loves his teammates.

Well done on playing 50 Club Games H we can’t wait to see what the future holds. ❤️🤍
