Pahiatua Toy Library

Pahiatua Toy Library Pahiatua Toy Library is open during the school term. Thursdays 10.30 - 12 and Saturdays 10.30- 11.30 We are located beside St Peter's Church, in their old hall.

We cater for children from 0 to 8 years. We are a volunteer run organisation. Toy Libraries provide you with:
• The chance to borrow well designed toys on a
regular basis at minimal cost
• An opportunity to try before you buy
• Access to a large range of quality toys
• A time to interact with other families

We need volunteers to help support keeping our Toy library open.

If you have an hour and a half a month during term time you could make a huge difference to the library staying open. Run by volunteers your volunteering is so appreciated. Full training given.

What this would look like:

One Thursday a month in school term 10.30am - 12
Or one Saturday in school term (unless long weekend holiday) 10.30-11.30am.

We have a massive variety to keep the kids entertained for all the parents who hear your kids say “what can we do” this is for you.

The Pahiatua Toy Library AGM is on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 7:00pm at the Toy Library. All members invited for coffee and cake.

We’ll be set up with lots of toys for the kids to play with — so bring the little ones over for some hands-on fun while you enjoy the festivities 🎈🧸

📣 We’re reopening tomorrow!
The Toy Library will be open again from 10.30am and we’re so excited to welcome everyone back.
We’re still finishing up our stocktake, so we kindly ask for a little patience while we get everything sorted.
🔁 All toys need to be returned so they can be counted properly — we really appreciate your help with this.
Thank you all for your ongoing support, and we can’t wait to see you tomorrow! 💛
