It is with immense sadness that we share the passing of our adored Mum, Wife and Nan - Jane Louise Spencer.
Mum passed away peacefully this morning, Saturday 30th August at 57 years of age with her family by her side.

We are all absolutely heartbroken by this loss but find solace in knowing she is no longer suffering or in pain.

Thank you to everyone for all the love and support during her MND battle.
She knew just how loved and truly special she was to so many people.
Mum was as brave as they come and courageous beyond measure.
