Seniors Expo
On Wednesday 29th April 2026 Rostrum SA/NT participated in the Marion Retirement Living & Senior Lifestyle Expo, held at the Marion Club, Sturt Road, Marion.
Rostrum was represented by the Zone President, Margaret Davidson, Stephen Watts and Bob Pearce.
The Expo was well attended with an estimated 300+ attendees and a room full of interesting and varied organisations.
It was a good experience for Margaret, Stephen and Bob, who were supported by Rostrum ‘pull-up’ banners, Rostrum brochures, posters and business cards; a continuous playing video of the history of Rostrum, a copy of the Rostrum Anthology publication, and recently, highly polished, Rostrum Speaker of the Year and Alan Crook trophies.
The Expo table was provided to Rostrum at no charge and significant interaction with many Expo attendees occurred over the three hours of the event. An excellent networking opportunity.
This type of promotion, ie Expo attendance, is a great way to raise Rostrum’s profile in the community.
