As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, I'm reflecting on something simple but powerful: growth doesn't always announce itself.

Sometimes it looks like a new bloom.

A small reminder that even after seasons of uncertainty, healing, waiting, and hard work, something beautiful is still unfolding.

Many of us spend so much time focusing on what's missing that we overlook the evidence of growth that's already present.

This season has taught me to pay attention to the blooms.

The moments of peace.
The healthier boundaries.
The renewed vision.
The courage to begin again.

As we step into a new month, I'm excited to begin a new series called "The Next Chapter" focused on purpose, faith, growth, and embracing what comes next.
