π Today reminded us of the power of community, care, and resilience.
Grace Arc Foundation was privileged to participate in the Widows Hope, Health & Empowerment Day in Iwollo, Ezeagu, Enugu State, Nigeria, a powerful event that brought education, care, and encouragement to a resilient group of women. πͺπ
The women received hands-on aquaculture training and learned about sustainable, affordable, and efficient feeding practices for chickens and other livestock, equipping them with practical skills to build better livelihoods and healthier families. πππΏ
They also benefited from heart health screenings and received essential guidance on maintaining a healthy heart. β€οΈπ©Ί
Each participant went home with a goodie bag filled with nutritious food, dental care items, and hygiene products, supporting their ongoing journey toward wellness and dignity.
We are deeply grateful to Greenland Global Foundation for organizing this impactful event, Cynthia Peter Ohaeri for the aquaculture and sustainable chicken farming training, all our amazing volunteers, and most importantly, the inspiring women who are a shining example of hope and perseverance. β¨π©π½βπΎπ©πΏββοΈ
