Strong Women Advancing Against Turmoil- SWAAT Empowering women and young girls facing mental health struggles.

We provide essential resources like food, clothing, peer- support and counseling to break cycles of silent depression. Our mission is to bridge the gap for women and young girls who silently carry the burden of depression and severe mental health challenges. Often overlooked, they face hardships that, if unaddressed, can lead to tragic losses within families, affecting entire generations. Through

essential resources like food, counseling, mentorship, and community programs, we strive to break the cycle of mental health struggles, fostering resilience, stability, and hope for a healthier, more empowered future.
