Congratulations to Friends of Tenterfield Aerodrome for an outstanding fly-in fete day. This new kitchen certainly had a work out. Our CWA members served hundreds of people a delicious range of food. Thank you to everyone who supported us today. We couldn’t be happier 🌸🌸🌸

What a beautiful day for the FOTA Fete!! 😍 We are all set up in the CWA kitchen in the shed. Come on down to the aerodrome for some wonderful, sweets and grab a complimentary cuppa 🥪🧁🍪☕️

We are excited to see everyone at the FOTA Fly-In Fete this Saturday 9/5 🛩️🎟️🚁🎶 We’ll be in the CWA Kitchen in the shed cooking up all your CWA favourites, with a bit of Weekenders Flare! 💫🌟 We’ll have something for the whole family including the lil’ ones so come down and say g’day! It’s going to be chilly, so you can warm up with a complimentary cuppa! ☕️ All proceeds donated to FOTA. See you there!!

As the dawn broke this morning there was welcome rain around. But it didn't dampen the Anzac spirit. In fact, it marked the day as particularly memorable after weeks of dust and dry.
CWA Weekenders laid a beautiful wreath fashioned from members' contributions - rosemary, olive, wattle and other natives - to commemorate those who gave their everything so we could live today - Anzac Day 2026. Lest we forget!
