🌅 RISE & THRIVE 2.0 IS ON THIS SATURDAY!

🙌 After the incredible response to the first Rise & Thrive, our very own Tyran Stevenson and Glenn Cotter are bringing it back for round two!

📅 Saturday 17th October 2026
⏰ From 6:30am onwards

❤️ October is Mental Health Month, making this the perfect opportunity to come together, start conversations and remind ourselves of the importance of looking after our mental health.

📣 A massive shout-out to Tyran and Glenn for taking the initiative to create something that goes beyond footy. Their efforts are helping bring people together, encourage positive conversations and remind us that sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference.

❤️Life can be tough, and we all face our own challenges. Sometimes, all it takes is a walk, a coffee or a conversation with good people to make the day a little easier. You never know what someone else might be going through, and simply showing up can mean more than you realise.

🏃‍♂️ Jog or walk
☕ Coffee and food
🔥 Portable sauna
🧊 Ice baths
❤️ Good people and good conversations

🤍 To our players, sponsors, coaches, volunteers, supporters, families and the wider community, come down this Saturday and get involved!

🦅We are proud of Tyran and Glenn for continuing to put their time and energy into something that can make a genuine difference. Let’s get behind them, make this another special morning and keep the conversation going throughout Mental Health Month and beyond.

🦅 We are more than a footy club. We are a family, and we look after our own.

🦅 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - TYRAN STEVENSON RE-SIGNS FOR 2027!

❤ The Tathra Sea Eagles are proud to announce that Tyran Stevenson has re-signed as our Player Coach for the 2027 season!

❤When Tyran returned to his hometown in 2025 and took on the role of Player Coach, he had a vision for this club. What followed has been nothing short of extraordinary. He guided the Sea Eagles to our first First Grade premiership since 2019, backed it up with another championship in 2026, and made history by delivering back-to-back Group 16 First Grade premierships in our 100th year! 🏆🏆

🦅As if that wasn't enough, Tyran was also crowned 2025 Group 16 Player of the Season, recognising the incredible player and leader he has become.

🏉But the job isn't finished. A new season brings a new challenge, and with Tyran leading the way, we're ready to write the next chapter in the history of the Tathra Sea Eagles.

❤Tyran, we love you, brother. Thank you for everything you have done for this club, for the standards you've set, the belief you've instilled, and the pride you've brought back to our hometown. You're more than a coach. You're family, and we're bloody proud to have you leading us into 2027.

📣2027. New year. New era. Same club. Same colours. Same pride. The next chapter starts now. The Eagles are ready to fly again.

🔥 FEAR THE FLIGHT. RULE THE SKY.

❤ MENTAL HEALTH MONTH - RISE & THRIVE 2.0

📣October is Mental Health Month, but looking after our mental health shouldn’t just happen for one month. It should happen every day, of every month, of every year.

📱Check in on your mates, your family, your workmates and your club. There will always be someone who might need to be heard, feel supported or simply reminded that they matter.

❤Life can throw things at us that are completely out of our control, and sometimes things can feel pretty hard. You don’t have to go through it alone.

🦅 This month, our very own Tyran and Glenn will be kicking off Rise & Thrive 2.0.

📍 Tathra Surf Club
📅 Saturday 17th October
⏰ 6:30am

❤Come along, have a yarn, connect with others and take a positive step for yourself. And remember, there are also professional services and support available if you need someone to talk to. Reaching out is a strength.

📣Check in. Start the conversation. Listen. Be there. You never know whose life you might change.
