Founded in 1972, the Taree Historic Motor Club offers technical support and a variety of social activities for people interested in classic, vintage and veteran vehicles. Prospective members and their partners are welcome to attend meetings and outings, and join the Club. is to encourage preservation, restoration, and the use of historically significant vehicles. Our specialties include car shows

and displays, touring events, and social outings. The T.H.M.C. is a member of the Council of Heritage Motor Clubs.

A huge thank you goes out to the all the members that joined us at Banyula Lodge this morning for a Father’s Day treat 👏👏. It was especially pleasing to see new members join us, as well as members first time there. There was a great selection of vehicles including Rods lovely little for prefect and Gary’s awesome boat tail we also had three bikes just to make it interesting 😊. Thanks to all the staff that put in a huge effort this morning, it was a most enjoyable day.

A small but happy gathering today for my last event as your events manager. Thanks to those that braved the cold morning, but had the pleasure of sitting in a lovely sunny spot. It was nice to see some old faces join us at Wingham Showground. Things are looking good for the future with the new events manager bringing along his mobile coffee maker, it’s not every day we have a barista spoil us at a BYO morning tea 😊.

Congratulations to Francis for organising a fantastic lunch with 1920’s theme. Unfortunately due to an unfortunate accident she was unable to join us. Well done Bob and Loretta for stepping in and making it all happen. Special thanks also to Gary and Ada for helping out. As you can see the costumes were amazing and the banter was in full swing 😊. Some fine looking ladies and dapper gents, well done all those that went the extra mile 👏👏. Thanks to Bruce, our roving photographer 👍.

Here's one to put into the computer, Saturday September 12th, Bazzar Beats at the Shoreline Hotel Harrington. A great opportunity for all the lovely cars sitting out in the Harrington area to get dusted off and displayed. We will of course be joined by other clubs from the area.
