MVHA - 2026 HNSW Open Women Division 3 State Champions 🏆

Congratulations to our Manning Valley Hockey Association Open Women’s team on being crowned 2026 Open Women Division 3 State Champions!

The ladies were outstanding throughout the tournament, remaining undefeated all weekend and earning their place in the Grand Final against Coffs Harbour.

After a hard-fought contest, the scores were locked at 1-1 at full time, sending the match into a wobble-off.

The team held their nerve, with successful wobble-off goals from Chloe Neal, Mya Ford and Isabel Allport. With the title on the line, goal keeper Aleah Clark rose to the occasion, producing a series of brilliant saves that helped give MVHA the edge in the wobble-off.

The end result was a fantastic achievement by the entire team which included coach Scott Harry.

Congratulations, ladies — 2026 Hockey NSW Open Women Division 3 State Champions! 🥇👏👏👏

Hockey NSW Community Event of the Year - MVHA Flood Recovery Day 🏆

We are incredibly proud to announce that Manning Valley Hockey Association has been awarded Community Event of the Year at the Hockey NSW Community Awards.

This award recognises the success of our Flood Recovery Day & Community Hockey Showcase, an event that brought together players, volunteers, sponsors, local businesses, community leaders and hockey supporters to celebrate the resilience of our Association & Clubs following the devastating floods of 2025.

The event demonstrated the power of hockey to unite a community, deliver high-level participation opportunities and create lasting impact both socially and economically.

The award was proudly accepted on behalf of MVHA by Board of Management members Michelle Collier and Jill Allan.

This achievement belongs to everyone who contributed to our recovery journey and helped make the event such a success.

Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, members, Hockey NSW, local government representatives and the wider community for your ongoing support.

Together, we turned adversity into an opportunity to celebrate, connect and strengthen our hockey community for the future. 🩶❤️🏑🏑🏑
