UPDATE:

We call on all members of Al-Mishtaya charity and community to attend a special general meeting to be held 16th August 10am at Wentworthville leagues club to discuss and vote on the following motions;

1. Register with Fair Trading NSW, the Australian Al-Mishtaya Association Incorporated formerly known as Sons of Al-Mishtaya charity
2. Register Australian Al-Mishtaya Association Incorporated formerly known as Sons of Al-Mishtaya charity as a charity with ACNC
3. Adopt the Australian Al-Mishtaya Association constitution document dated 14 July 2026 as the governing rules and objects for Australian
Al-Mishtaya Association formerly known as Sons of Al-Mishtaya charity.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday 16th July at 10am at St Mary’s Orthodox Church.

Followed by the burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Hi Everyone,
This page is intended to connect the Australian Al-Mistaya people together.
It’s a great opportunity for the youth to connect with eachother so they know their heritage and also great for the general community to stay in contact and meet up from time to time.
We plan to host a gathering with as many as we can. So it’s important to share this page with fellow members of the community to get a larger reach.
