At The UNSW Tea & Coffee Society, we regularly host a range of tea & coffee focused events both on and off-campus. Our events are a great way to meet new people and establish lifelong friendships with those who hold similar interests. Established in 2013 as The Tea Society, we have grown rapidly and expanded to become the Tea & Coffee Society from 2016. We were awarded the Arc New Club of the Year Award for 2014 for all the effort we put in to make The Tea Society one of the best societies at UNSW. With over 500 official members in 2015 and 1000+ people in our Facebook group, we are a large society that continues to grow. Events we have held and attended in the past include:
+ Annual Yum Cha and High Tea
+ Cafe Crawl
+ Tea Talks with David Lyons at The Tea Centre
+ Chit Chat Chai online workshop with The Chai Room
+ Tetley Tea Masters & Tasting
+ Coffee cupping at ONA Marrickville
+ Weekly Tea Gatherings & discord game nights
+ Sydney Tea Festival

By joining UNSW TACsoc, you will get access to free, high quality, ethically produced tea & coffee each week on campus, member only deals with our sponsors, plus unbeatable discounts for our more costly events such as high tea. Annual membership is:
$5 - Arc Member
$10 - Non Arc/Associate Member

As a director, you’ll work alongside other directors, the exec team and our tea-riffic 🫖 members to reach our societal goals through initiatives 🏅 You will develop leadership, teamwork and technical skills, but you will also build meaningful friendships 🤗 with our lovely team in our mission to craft a warm and friendly space for tea and coffee enjoyers 💕
